I’m a Pilates instructor (Oak
Cliff Pilates and Carrie’s) and am admittedly picky about what I wear when I teach. The staff, or rather experts, at the Oak Lawn location provide exceptional, tailored, curated, and personal attention to all the clients and customers who come into the store. Every time I come in, I feel seen, listened to, and like I have a BFF shopping with me.
I cannot speak highly enough of Taylor who helped me with a sizing issue for fleece-lined leggings I ordered for a winter trip to Europe. Her thorough knowledge of Athleta’s product line, fabric, and fit problem-solved my questions in minutes. She and the staff rolled out the red carpet as I tried on numerous leggings in the dressing room, checking in on me and making sure I felt supported. Taylor is nothing short of an amazing sales associate who understands the customer experience, balanced with upholding the values of the company. Give this woman a raise! Make her the face of customer service and experience!
She and the rest of the staff at this location took me from ambivalent about Athleta to an Athleta loyalist!
