Banana Republic Factory Store - (Near Allen, TX)

1 /5 Michelle Holmes: Disappointed with the quality, unacceptable for the price. I purchased these pants expecting the level of quality that Banana Republic is known for. Unfortunately, the hem came undone the very first time I wore them. This is clearly not normal wear, but a manufacturing or stitching defect. The pants were washed only twice, following care instructions, and then stored. Because of the failed stitching, I couldn’t continue wearing them and had to consider alterations at my own expense. For a premium-priced item, this level of craftsmanship is disappointing and below reasonable expectations. I hope the brand reviews its quality control, as this experience does not reflect what customers expect from Banana Republic.

5 /5 RALPH Malkoun: Been shopping BR for ever almost, and I have never encounter any bad employee and specially at the Allen Outlet All are great at customer service , and recently « Kenita » always going above and beyond to assist, I wear size they rarely carry in store Kenita take her time , always smiling, to help me ship my requests, kudos to her and the team at that store at Allen outlet, Beyond satisfied.

3 /5 Mena R: The store is quite bare and the back section is untidy. There was only one person serving at the till and nobody said hello or asked if I needed help. I had to wait a while to check out. The person at the till was not very friendly.

One associate-short, mousy, dark curly hair hung clothes right in my face, giggling and announcing, “Oh my God, I’m tooooo short ,” as if that excused aggressively pushing past me with no “excuse me” or acknowledgment that I was there. I gave it a pass. You just never know what’s going on in somebody’s life. Later, I happened to see her again in the fitting room area and politely handed her the T-shirts I didn’t want. (After asking her where I should put them btw) I thanked her and she screamed “ANYTIME!” like I’d just asked her to babysit my kids for the third time this week. Girl, please go get a ladder and be quiet. Newsflash: you’re paid minimum wage to hang clothes. Customers deserve basic courtesy and respect. Your behavior is absurd.
