Mel R Got to the store at 5pm on a Saturday. Staff was so helpful and polite. Answered our questions. Came in and got my boots cleaned and branded. Did purchase a few things. Even though the boots that I wanted weren’t in stock they offered to order them online for me. Also, I was offered a half size smaller and half size larger so I could see how the boot would look like. Really helped me decide that I did really want those boots. Great experience overall. Thank you again. ❤️

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful without ever being pushy. It was a pleasure to browse with support available right when I needed it. They struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving me space to shop. The true highlight of my experience, however, was the outstanding service provided by Francisco. After leaving the store, I realized I had an issue with an earlier online order. I called the store, and Francisco was able to patiently and efficiently sort out the entire online order for me over the phone. That level of dedication and seamless support between the in-store and online experience is truly rare and so appreciated! Im already looking forward to my next visit. Antonio Helm Nike Clearance Store I came to outlet to exchange pairs of Chuck I, which were the wrong size. They explained they had limited Converse then, bent over backwards to make me a satisfied customer. Daniel greeted me and got the ball running . The crew was seamless. Daniel checked me out and confirmed my experience was outstanding The Outlet is mainly closed with the exception of Nike.
