1 /5 Rocky Morales: Customer service was just okay not the greatest that you would expect at a place like this. But what really earn this 1 star was the store policy! Let me explain, they are having a 25% off in the entire store but its final sales! So shopping for a gift and you get the wrong size, well you are out of luck! You would have opt out the sale, pay full price in order for the person to be able to exchange it for something else. For the amount that your spending, it doesnt make sense! Instead of making it a customer a repeating customer, you obviously just make it a one time deal. Worse is that I spend my time at the store and picked out items, to only be made of aware of this at the checkout. So annoying!

5 /5 The Boehm Team: Bechants Men’s is one of my favorite shops in Boerne! Not only do they have high-quality clothing and a great mix of styles, but they also carry fantastic gifts for any occasion. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Whether I’m shopping for myself or picking out something special, I always leave impressed.

5 /5 Eric Esparza: Great customer service here. Walked in with my two young sons which made me super nervous cause they are 8 and 10. Lol, typical boys, but the staff Sara and another gentleman and with glasses were extremely helpful. Definitely going back!! Thank you for being so nice and helpful!!!

2 /5 Robert Volentine: When youre a store on the Hill Country Mile, you know youre going to have customers from surrounding communities. A good first impression really sets the tone for visitors of our amazing little town. However, this store lacks very basic customer service skills as evident by the other reviews. Im guessing it really doesnt matter to them. We live in Boerne and have shopped here on a few occasions. Today will be the last time we shop at Bechants. The staff followed my wife and mother-in-law around, not to help, but to play security. No one greeted them, no one smiled, no offers to help. I guess we dont look the part of a Bechants ideal customer. I can assure them we can afford every overpriced item they have in the store. But Id rather spend our money in the many other stores on Main St. Many owned by our friends who are pleasant, helpful and appreciate their customers (local or visiting). I hope the owners are listening. A little customer service goes a long way and would most certainly improve your bottom line. The two certainly go hand in hand.

1 /5 Nick: Went in with my wife to kind of browse around to see what I like since my birthday was coming up in a few weeks. I noticed that I was followed around very closely as I was trying to enjoy myself checking out the shop. The owner should be ashamed and I saw the other reviews that the door was locked , I did not notice that since I was actually trying to look around but from my peripheral vision and even close up vision this person was close enough that I could reach my arm out and touch them but yet I was not asked if I needed any help or if I could use any assistance finding anything. This establishment makes it very clear that theyre very judgemental on appearance and they will go out of their way to make you uncomfortable, so I left very quickly and I dont normally leave a store without buying anything and I will not be returning as well as telling my friends and family about this place.
