2 /5 Eric Garza: Went it just to browse and happened to find a pair of jeans in my size with a sale tag on them. Upon purchasing the jeans they came us as full price so I asked why they were not selling them at the price listed, very quickly the cashier ripped the sale tag off and stated “well that’s wrong” and informed me that they were not on sale.. it was only a $10 difference but if an item is listed at a sale price that should be what is honored. Just a warning to anyone who shops here. You can still see what’s left of the sale tag.

5 /5 Amato Mandarino: My experience was great. Staff went above and beyond to answer all my questions, especially Greg who reached out personally to help make a beautiful custom hat. He made it so easy for me and was excellent the whole way through. Being from Canada I found it extremely difficult to order an American brand hat but Billy’s made it very easy. Shipping was quick and I was more than happy with the entire process start to finish. Thanks again to Greg and the staff

If you have a hat you love but it just never seemed to fit right, go see Gino! Not sure exactly what you need? Go see Gino! He is an artist! Great selection of western wear and boots too!

5 /5 Chuck Forshaw: I had been to 2 large multi-location western stores looking for a particular pair of ostrich boots and not finding exactly what I was looking for. I searched and found Billy’s Western Wear and drove the 25 miles hoping they had what I wanted. Greg White was phenomenal. He listened and showed me no less than 10 options. I ended up spending a little more on an upgraded boot, and am so glad I did. This is another example of why I try to support small business….outstanding customer service because they truly care. Billy’s not only has a new fan, but a customer for life.

5 /5 Jocelyn Badough: Unfortunately I did not get the young man’s name that helped my husband and I, but let me tell you… he was the best at customer service! Husband told him what he was looking for, that young man stepped up to the plate and delivered. Showing enthusiasm and interest in our requests and helped put the ensemble together. Thank God he had husband try on the clothes first because we were wrong on the sizes he needed! Thank you young man. My husband hates to shop and he was grateful for your expertise and expeditious service!
