I am a returning client who has had the pleasure of experiencing Cindy’s work on two of my prom dresses in 2017 and 2019 at her first location in Live Oak, Texas. Her outstanding service, reliable knowledge, and hard work is a testament to how she continuously has returning customers and has kept her business running smoothly. I travelled over 40miles to have Cindy work on my dress because I trust and know her work is good and fair! This dress wasn’t the easiest to work with, but she clearly communicates if there are any concerns she has and she is very transparent. She always ends up exceeding my expectations! Annamarie Herrera Bethany, the store manager, provided exceptional customer service!!! She was engaging, attentive, and very helpful. I usually DISLIKE shopping and struggle to find jeans that are flattering (which is why I wear leggings all winter long). I came in looking for a pair of jeans and left with 3 pairs of jeans, and a pair of pants, that fit me like a glove and made me feel so confident in them. Bethany also found a cute, blazer and showed me how to style it in multiple ways. Bethany is a huge asset to this organization because she truly values her customers and shares her expertise.
