I gave the saleswoman a brief description and she pulled three pairs of boots off the shelf each pair I would have bought. She knew exactly what I was describing and even opened up a brand new pair of socks for me to try them on. She she suggested a boot cream thats brought the colors out even better and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. I love it when a store has employees that are knowledgeable of their products I can accurately help in the suggestion of purchasing something similar or with the specifications that a customer needs.
