5 /5 Butterflies are Free: Ordered boots because the store didnt have size needed. Didnt fit, so the store found a different style and offered to do an even exchange. Perfect fit and made a very happy customer. Exceptional customer service!

1 /5 Sean Daniel: If you should choose to shop here, do not buy the house brand of boots (Cody James.) My last pair of boots (different brand) lasted 10 years. I bought a Cody James pair that looked sturdy as a replacement. A few months after purchase the sole started falling off. I dont wear these boots in an oily environment, nor do I wear them in mud or abuse them in any other way. Despite this, Boot Barn wont cover their own product falling to pieces after a few months of casual wear. I tried gluing it but that didnt work, Im going to try gluing it again as I dont really have an option. Dont waste your money on something thats just going to fall apart with no guarantee that the company that produced it will help in repair or replacement. Oh, and this pair is supposed to be oil resistant which is laughable since they fell apart without ever being exposed to any kind of oil.
