Zavian Ali The service was great! I bought this deck online and it arrived at Zumiez within 3 days! Sarah built this board for me and gave good opinions on how to take care of it. I love the purple with the black trucks. Overall the service was good the people at the cashier were very welcoming. Greeting us in and out of the store. They made me very comfortable around them and even let my friends try some of their boards. This was a great and fun experience!

Teresa Yost Great place to shop for jeans that actually fit me, and when they didnt have them in stock, they very willingly helped me order them from their warehouse. Very friendly ladies, working there, and made my shopping experience stress free and enjoyable.

Rose Bost I have shopped at Cato multiple times. Personally, I have never gone in and had a rude attendant. All of the staff are very sweet, the are informative and answer questions, and for this particular time: About 2 weeks ago I had gone in and found the most gorgeous pink heels Ive ever seen in my life. I simply had to have them. But none were in my size. One of the employees noticed my dilemma and had suggested they order from another store that had my size and simply ship it over. Long story short, I got the best pair of heels for my pink obsession XD. My recommendation if a store isnt working out for you? Try coming in another time. Staff moves around, shift changes, and people wake up brighter. Hope this review helps ;).

S Bershers I needed dress pants for a new job. Have changed size so needed to try on multiple sizes to see what fits now. I wish I could remember her name because the sales associate that helped me was beyond awesome. Not only did she listen to what I was looking for but she also helped me find sizes in multiple styles. Then, she brought me more up or down to the dressing room. I was a little depressed about my new size but after finding several pants that looked good I felt so much better. They didnt have all the colors I wanted in my size but she also helped me order while in the store. After shopping at several other stores unsuccessfully, I am so happy I went into The Loft today. Left happy and had what I needed. Customer Service is alive and well at The Loft in Fort Worth on West Freeway!

Jenny Gentry I love Express clothes and the selection! Everyone that works at the hulen loc is so sweet. But why is management only allowing 3 items in the room with no place to put the rest? It made it stressful to manage and I’m sure the staff has a hard time with client feedback. Just provide a solution- hooks by the door.
