1 /5 Elizabeth Cox: I dont think Ive ever left a review and would never leave a bad review because everyone has their bad days, but today just rubbed me wrong.
I dont shop Burlington in Texarkana often because the place is a mess, theres always a super long line due to only ever having one checker and the employees are not friendly, and today was all four reasons. I waited for a good while because again today there was only one checker. Once I finally got up to the register, the checker was having a conversation with another employee and why she wasnt on a register I dont know, but her conversation was not about work it was a conversation about her kid. She said not one word to me, not how are you, did you find everything ok, nothing; she didnt even look at me. Once the transaction was complete, I stood there to see if shed say anything, NOTHING. So," I said are we finished" she said "yes" I replied "so no thank you or have a good night". She just looked at me like I was stupid. Texarkana Burlington, you really need to do better. Hire employees that will make your store a success not drive your customers away!
