1 /5 maddi xx: Ive never had such a bad experience with employees anywhere. Pretty much all of them uninterested, when I asked if they had things 3 different employees pointed and told me "if its not over there were not going to have it". Cashier was mumbling stuff about the sensors to the point where her coworker stepped in and started explaining to us that the sensors were going to go off because our cashier couldnt find them on the blanket. I tried calling the other day to ask if they had this item and they left me on hold for 30 minutes saying they were too busy to help me. Seriously ridiculous.

5 /5 Eric: Great place to shop. Alot of stuff in all sizes. Big and tall sizes are available. Really like the decor for household.

2 /5 Matthew Trees: This Burlington doesn’t care AT ALL about teaching their cashiers customer service. I’ve been about 4 times and each time, their cashiers have given the shortest responses possible, as deadpan as possible, while having very friendly conversations with their coworkers. I’m all for being friends with coworkers, but treat me like I’m a customer not an inconvenience to your conversation

1 /5 Tiffaney Bonner: My daughter and I went today 11/17 for the grand opening and it was a mess to say the least. The bathrooms were very nasty and the store is way to cluttered. No shopping carts at all so how are you supposed to get big items or even a lot of items and no cart to put them in. I wanted to get this kitchen set for my granddaughter and one of the employees told me that it was $25 and when I went to the register they couldn’t find the bar code or the item in the computer (even though there was a lady that just bought the same thing in front of me) the one manager said she would honor that price but then the big manager came up and said no because the employee gave me the wrong price. My thing is that’s not my fault and they should have honored that price and if they don’t have it in the computer why would you even have it out on the floor! Very poor customer service and I will not shop at that store again.
