1 /5 Elsexico956: I got some cloths my sisters baby but it wasnt her size so I came to return it didnt even put it on the baby or anything the tag was still there. they told me I could only get 1 cent for returning it as the store system values it like when the hell you ever seen something 1 cent in the dam store.

1 /5 Bella Marin: Horrible customer service. I recently went and the cashier scanned an item she wasnt supposed to. When I told her she said shed taken it off. I checked my receipt and she scanned two items multiple times which led to me being overcharged thirty dollars. When I went to go correct the mistake the cashier and her manager were extremely rude about the whole ordeal and instead of apologizing they kept repeatedly shifting the blame onto ME saying I was the one being rude when I wasnt. Would not recommend going to this store.

5 /5 Raymond Gurule: I always love shopping at Burlingtons, you always find good deals they have a really big selection of clothes for men and women in a good selection of colognes, the employees that are always super nice and friendly

2 /5 PATHIPATI VENKATESH: Despite the extensive collection, the stores disorganization made it difficult for me to find what I was looking for. There werent enough staff, and the lack of organization made it challenging to locate specific items. Additionally, the fitting rooms were closed. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. There is lot of room for improvement.
