Bobby Gilliam I was in the Cato Stevenville I wanted to find some clothes while me and the family were traveling. Jaylynn greeted me and showed us around the store. We got a lot of things we needed! What a fun experience and a great representative Jaylynn was for the store. We love the products and outfits so much!

Not sure if I dropped them while pulling out the blouse and hat to match the boots , or maybe left at the counter. I tried calling. Please let me know and I will pick them up tomorrow. Debbie Rieger I like shopping at JC Penney’s. The clothes are good quality and in my budget. Most of the time, the employees are friendly. I didn’t give more stars because of that and last time I was there, upon check out, they talked me into applying for a store card. (I used to have one until it became a card I can use anywhere. I already have those and like the store cards because they are not as apt to be stolen). Anyway, since they said would get an extra 35% off my purchase, I grudgingly applied. When they tried to use the new card number, my purchases didn’t qualify for the discount because everything I bought was on sale! Now I didn’t get the promised discount, and I have a credit card I don’t want!

Analy Gomez Went in to Aerie to look for some leggings I saw online. Associates were friendly and helpful. Tried on like 5 things and these girls were HYPE WOMEN lol they were sweet an helped switch out sizes when needed. Sizes were limited but it was a popular item so it makes sense. 10/10 would return
