John H The best part about this store....Leslie! She was spectacular and super friendly. Assisted me and my wife with exuberance. I so hope she is noticed by her employer.... they dont want to lose her. The store itself was in good order and clean, though the fitting room could be tidied up a little. But not too detracting from the shopping experience.

Rob the Traveler This JCPenney is the old faithful of the Fairmont Parkway, Neighbourhood. It’s always quick. You can get what you need. Sometimes you can’t because it’s not the biggest one customer service is always around. They always cleaning up after someone leaves something in the middle of the hallway sometimes the hours are off depending on Google so that’s why I’m posting it on a picture. Good selection of big and tall it’s my go to supply.

Julio Montoya The staff here is very friendly and knowledgable, great service. As far as the items available they do have a ton of inventory with variety in sizes, styles and top brands available! The rewards point system is pretty nice too! I was able to find some great, comfortable work boots as well as Cinch and Ariat brand FR shirts!

A. Schmidt Good customer service and great affordable prices for clothes. The environment is always inviting and clean for their customers. As a mother of three its nice to have a place that wont break your bank.

K T The employees are awesome but what the corporate American eagle tells them to do at the end at checkout is kind of messed up. “Would you like to apply for our American eagle credit card?” Then they scan a barcode taking 20% off the total and when you say no it goes back to normal price. That’s is so taking advantage of people right now. Especially since the economy is so bad! It’s very sad and very low. Not cool. The last thing people need is to sign up for another credit card. Not cool. (No offense to this store or the employees personally) but obviously there’s no way to leave a review for the corporate headquarters of American eagle.
