Frisco Ang Amy was a great help! I needed to return and exchange an item. She was juggling the phone, another customer with an online pick up order, and me. She was kind and helpful to all of us. Often the phone takes precedence over the customer in person, and the customer in store has to wait -which is incorrect. But Amy made us all feel like we were important and we received the attention we needed in a timely manner. Thank you for the great customer service!

Jennifer Anh I needed to return merchandise purchased from Ann Taylor factory store, however that store was temporarily closed due to hail damage. Staffs from the loft store was nice enough to take the merchandise from the other brand store. Since the merchandise was from the other brand store, they (loft) couldnt return the merchandise through their computer system. they were nice enough to call the grapevine factory outlet location and able to process my return for me via their phone. the whole process took some time. If it was up to me, I would have just said go find that other brand store. So sorry but now go. But they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I got my refund. Stephania especially was nice and very courteous. B/c of my issues, her counter was backed up a little. But she took her time to make sure my issue got addressed. I was a very satisfied customer and I think stephania deserves a raise!

Mykayla Fontaine I wish that I could give them more than 5 stars. I got really sick right before my best friends wedding, and wasnt feeling up to shopping. I realized last minute that I didnt have the right kind of jewelry, and desperately needed something delicate in silver. I CALLED the store, and the girl on the line was not only above and beyond helpful; she actually seemed excited to put something together for me. I asked her to keep my name and number, and I came to the store later to look over their selections. The team picked the PERFECT ITEMS FOR ME!!! I was so relieved and grateful that they took such good care of me. This experience is exactly why I buy almost all of my clothes from here. Ill be back soon for new jeans!
