LOFT Outlet - (Near Allen, TX)

1 /5 CLAUDIA: Rude employee, wished I had gotten her name to add to this review but maybe the date/time will help - 5/23/24 at around 7:40p Not only did this woman not help when asked but as I was leaving this person with her rude voice/tone screamed at us because we put a blouse back on the rack (correct spot) that we decided not to purchase and told us “if you are not buying it, you need to take it to the register” My daughter took it off the rack and gave it to the cashier who looked at us confused of what happened. Not sure who hired this woman but LOFT you all need to do a better job on who gets hired! Her JOB is to help clients AND maybe be reminded that because of clients she has a job. I usually shop at different LOFTs since I’m a petite size and have never had any issues BUT definitely will not be returning here and might even stop buying from this place. Future clients - there are better stores around that will actually help!

5 /5 Jacob Milam: They have a great selection of clothes here and its perfect for business. This is one of my wifes favorite places to shop for work and the prices are not too expensive. The quality also holds up with multiple wears and washes.

5 /5 Jennifer Anh: I needed to return merchandise purchased from Ann Taylor factory store, however that store was temporarily closed due to hail damage. Staffs from the loft store was nice enough to take the merchandise from the other brand store. Since the merchandise was from the other brand store, they (loft) couldnt return the merchandise through their computer system. they were nice enough to call the grapevine factory outlet location and able to process my return for me via their phone. the whole process took some time. If it was up to me, I would have just said go find that other brand store. So sorry but now go. But they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I got my refund. Stephania especially was nice and very courteous. B/c of my issues, her counter was backed up a little. But she took her time to make sure my issue got addressed. I was a very satisfied customer and I think stephania deserves a raise!
