1 /5 barbara robinson: First off I love the store clean and they greet you as you come into the store. On 3/29/2024 I was racially profiled by two of the workers, Everyone that was not of my ethnicity was able to walk around the store comfortably, I was not treated as such. Every time I walked close to the door where they have clothes displayed, the worker would run up to me pretending to be helpful when there was two other people at the same area I was, and was able to walk the store freely with no problems. I told the worker I didnt need her help because I went online to see what I wanted to buy before I went into the store so I dont have to be in there all day. I thought she understood that. At that point I was over it, I put the one outfit that I had in my hand back and purchase the one outfit that I came into the store to buy and left feeling disappointed that I had that bad experience at my favorite store to shop at. I will never shop at the San Marcos location again.

1 /5 Heidi Hodge: I was in the San Marcos store. The ladies were very nice to me, but there was a lady filing out an application to work. Yes the applicate wasn’t dressed the best but maybe she liked what she had on. The lady at the register was very nice but when the manager talked to the applicant she told the lady they were fully staffed and would let her know. I was confused because they clearly had a help wanted sign on the door. I saw the poor lady outside in her car very confused. I just thought this was very wrong. She could have told her they would let her know not sit there and say they are fully staffed when there was a sign on the door.

2 /5 Juli Acuña: So frustrated about having wasted my time trying to pump here this morning. After trying two different pumps where my card wouldn’t get passed “authorizing”, I went inside. Good to note: the cashier was friendly and courteous, but the card didn’t work inside either. Their whole system was down. I’m sure it’s not always like this, but today, they only get 2 stars, and that’s thanks to the one friendly person.

1 /5 Drew matz: The fact that your company is so firm on their “employee only” bathroom is horrible. You can look at a 4 year old and say “no we only have an employee bathroom” that’s asinine. I hope you go out of business.
