DVannette Mahoney Jewelry counter personnel (College Station,TX) were very helpful with the gift I purchased via online for curbside pick up. I spoke with Jena over the phone to make her aware that I was in Atlanta, GA and not be able to pickup the order in College Station, Tx until Wed (Christmas Eve). She said that I would be able to pick it up at the jewelry counter when I arrived on Wed. Her courteous and professional customer service were stellar on the phone, as well as in the store. No AI/robot interaction other than initial phone call from Atlanta to be routed and discuss my order concern.

Alyssa Johnson I was in here the other day and the store is very inviting with how organized and clean it is. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Rebekah helped me directly and she is sooo personable and friendly. I didnt know what I was looking for when I arrived but she patiently guided me to find exactly what I needed. She made my experience worth while.

Jonathan Lovitt I joined my wife while she shopped here. The staff were super helpful. The building is obviously old but the staff keep it nice. Everything is bear and clean. The clothes are smart for the target demographic. The reason Im writing this review though is the staff. They were glad to help my wife find alternative pieces, different sizes and kept nearby without being pushy. Meanwhile I was chasing my 2 year old throughout the start playing "Im gonna get ya". Everyone was happy to be there and it showed in the service. Top notch great job guys.

Ca P Bathrooms not so clean and prices a little odd. Staff not attentive but not rude.
