Destin Novak So I had a great experience, wouldve been 5 stars but I purchased 2 quite expensive top coats or pea coats whichever you call them. And as the young associate was going to grab me actual coat hangers (they are thicker to prevent contact being at a smaller point and causing a crease) and when she went to do that the manager or possibly assistant manager I couldn’t tell told her ‘no just a regular is fine’. It really rubbed me the wrong way, because if someone is purchasing not only one but two 298$ jackets I feel like I should have gotten the coat hangers with them instead of what I got. To prevent those creases in the wool. Other than that super wonderful experience. I wish I could’ve got the woman’s name who helped me pick the size, she was so awesome.

Sharolyn Tilton Always love going into this store. Rarely do I go in and not go out with a great piece of clothing. They carry great styles for all women sizes. A great place for us larger sized women. BUT they also carry such cute clothing for the extra small. And the prices are great!! They always have clearance racks to choose from too.

Rozmin M Its an okay Loft location located in Stonebriar mall. The employees were friendly. I came to return some items. It is one of the smaller Loft stores I have come into though. The sale area is a bit crowded. Sizes are not available. Alternative is ordering online, which they take forever to ship if at all.
