1 /5 Sis. Lady V: Purchased an item yesterday and notice I didn’t have it or my receipt, when I got home! Went back today and was told they have no item there, so I lost my money!

1 /5 Latoya Heyward: Horrible dont shop here rude customer service my son was given clothes as a gift and the outfits are too small. I explained this to the girls at the store when I asked if I could exchange for something else keep in mind the outfits still have original tags on them each worth $13.99. I was able to find new merchandise and when being rung up cashier tells me that both outfits are now on clearance and worth $8 together. I advised them that this is not what I was expecting and furthermore I had additional items worth more than the in store credit that I was hoping for, I probably would have ended up spending close to $50 Im saying all of this to prove a point. Im still trying to give this establishment more of my money on new items but instead the cashier just wanna keep pointing to the policy who didnt speak the best English and had to call over another lady who was worst and had nothing but attitude as Im trying to reason with them. So please spare yourself and dont come back God forbid without a receipt even though it was gifted to me and still has tags and where two nice toddler suits they dont care they will just keep repeating themselves like parrots and say what its worth today which is nothing. So now I will have to re-gift these two suits because I refuse to accept $8 dollars back no thanks.

3 /5 Melanie L. Jackson: This store has a horrible selection of clothing. The quality of the clothing they receive from the vendors is horrible. Their prices are okay, but you get what you pay for - literally. The location is not so great, its rather hidden. The staff are NEVER friendly nor helpful, and the layout of the store is very cramped.

4 /5 KS Smith: Had a good sale but not very much on the racks. I was dancing most of my shopping time. Overall the experience was good.
