Meredith Newman Becky is amazing! She helped me with a difficult return. My mom lives 5 hours away (not near a loft) and her Christmas present was the wrong size. I purchased a cute blue sweat suit that was too big. Becky helped me exchange it for the correct size. The top was sold out in the size I was hoping for and she helped me find a top that was comparable color-wise. We then were able to ship it to my mom. Becky was so tech savvy and amazing! The customer service at this location is unmatched. Not only do I love loft as a brand with great clothes, but their employees are fantastic

Debbie Rieger I like shopping at JC Penney’s. The clothes are good quality and in my budget. Most of the time, the employees are friendly. I didn’t give more stars because of that and last time I was there, upon check out, they talked me into applying for a store card. (I used to have one until it became a card I can use anywhere. I already have those and like the store cards because they are not as apt to be stolen). Anyway, since they said would get an extra 35% off my purchase, I grudgingly applied. When they tried to use the new card number, my purchases didn’t qualify for the discount because everything I bought was on sale! Now I didn’t get the promised discount, and I have a credit card I don’t want!

Victoria Foster I went in yesterday with my daughter to look at a couple of tops. We were blown away by the customer service when we entered the store by a young man. I believe his name was nick. however, he was so compassionate and friendly ; even smiled and made eye contact in a professional way when we asked him various questions.This made my daughter and I feel great as to just visiting the store! I will definitely recomemed Tillys to others and point out the great customer service
