Lauren Disney I love shopping at the Midland Lane Bryant location! The employees are always welcoming when I walk in and very helpful as I try to find the right looks/sizes. The manager Nora is a wonderful blessing - she always tries to help me get the best possible deals. Im a loyal customer as a result! Pro tip: Make a FREE appointment online for a personal shopping session! It is helpful when youre like me and need advice as you try everything on. It also helps the store gain notarity with the corporate office.

Taylor W I hung up before doing a survey for Candice. Supervisor Candice at JCPenney was absolutely amazing. I originally placed an order last week, but for some reason it was canceled. When I tried to reorder, the price had gone up to almost $75. The first customer service agent offered free delivery, which I already qualified for, and an $8 credit. Then I spoke with Supervisor Candice, and she was incredibly helpful. She matched the original sale price with no hesitation. Quality customer service is hard to come by these days, but every once in a while you get lucky. Please give Candice in Ohio a raise, she truly deserves it!

Michael Charles The ladies working were so friendly and helpful. There was a great vibe in there this afternoon. Lots of sales were going on today, lucky for us! I had taken both my daughters out to buy jeans and they were able to find a few pairs each...I was thrilled my total was less than $100!! The clothing quality is great, and I love that they have all our sizes!! XS to plus and tall!

Jacque Centeno-Shipley The owner is super nice! He took the time to have a conversation with me and even gave me a few free mini cookies which to be honest didnt make it out of the parking lot. The cookies are so yummy and I loved all the different flavors. The blueberry lemon was so good and I am not a big fan of lemon and the actual blueberries on the top of the cookie were so juicy and delicious. I came home and had a cookie tasting with my family and they loved them. Even my son who is super picky and has texture issues loved them especially the oatmeal raisin. Definitely worth the money and the trip!
