This store is always clean when I come in and the customer service is super friendly. ALWAYS willing to help out, even if something is online. 10/10 would recommend coming to this one. K T The employees are awesome but what the corporate American eagle tells them to do at the end at checkout is kind of messed up. “Would you like to apply for our American eagle credit card?” Then they scan a barcode taking 20% off the total and when you say no it goes back to normal price. That’s is so taking advantage of people right now. Especially since the economy is so bad! It’s very sad and very low. Not cool. The last thing people need is to sign up for another credit card. Not cool. (No offense to this store or the employees personally) but obviously there’s no way to leave a review for the corporate headquarters of American eagle.

Chili Came in for a nose ring emergency and the guy that was working around noon on 11/16/2024 was extremely helpful. He offered his name and I unfortunately forgot it but he deserves recognition for his customer service. I think he Had a beard and gauges.
