2 /5 Nancy Wells: I am very dismayed that you have moved the women’s section from a large open area into two small claustrophobic cubbies. Not only can you not view the clothes properly, it appears that there are fewer clothing options. Also the lighting is poor in these areas. Given the overall sizes of the population of Odessa, this switch makes me feel unwanted and minimized. At the least, you should remove the wall between the two sections and improve the lighting. Until this happens, I will not shop in an area that makes me feel very, very uncomfortable.

5 /5 Cody Elliott: The lady at the watch center, I couldn’t quite catch her name (my girlfriend says her name was Ghee..), she was so skilled at her craft! I needed a watch resized and she did so perfectly just from looking at it! And she set the time too which was very nice. Excellent customer service. I would recommend stopping through

2 /5 D. P.: Nice store, nice employees. Let me just help the officers there understand that yall arent there to flirt with the girls that work there, youre there to do a job. I cant tell you how many times Ive seen people steal because the officers care more about the attention of the pretty girls there than their actual job. Its one of my favorite stores please try to keep trash out from stealing from other customers.

5 /5 Janie Barragan: The gentleman working this morning (03/21/2025) in the women’s shoe department was so nice & extremely helpful! All the girls were ignoring me & checking people out that were behind me in line, he’s the only one who even acknowledged that I was there!

1 /5 ren hines: i bought a sticky bra today, found one at a better price somewhere else. NOTE i didn’t even open the box because i was afraid i wouldn’t be able to return if i did. i went back to the store only four hours later just to be told i couldn’t return it. the seal was still on clearly showing I DIDN’T EVEN OPEN THE BOX LET ALONE THE BRA. if i couldn’t return it, i should have been informed of this at check out.
