1 /5 Dolores Vasquez: Had the worst experience there. When to the semi annual sell in bra’s. They were marked at on price when going to pay they were scanning at regular price. But they were marked at $30.80 but were scanning at $44. The sales lady called the the manager Adriana and told me that she couldn’t do anything about it. But her attitude the way she looked down at me that’s what made me mad. If people don’t wear designer clothes doesn’t mean we can’t afford to buy there. The bras that I was taken were not the only ones marked there were like six more. That manager should look take mangers skills in how to treat customers. Cuz this time the customer was right it’s not my fault they didn’t do there job right in marking it correctly.

1 /5 Playmaker Holdings: I had a very disappointing interaction with Karina and Alessandra from customer service. I went in to ask for help gift-wrapping an item I had purchased through this store’s online system. Instead of providing basic customer service, they immediately became dismissive and demanded proof of purchase. I actually did have the receipt, but their negative attitude and the way they spoke to me going as far as calling me a liar made me decide not to show it or continue giving them my business. No customer should be treated with that level of hostility over a simple request. This experience was unprofessional and has made me reconsider shopping here in the future.

5 /5 Pac-Man Tony: Refusal of Samples: Despite expressing interest in several items and planning a significant purchase, the consultant flat-out denied me any makeup samples. This is a standard and expected courtesy at a high-end beauty counter and was very poor customer service. Denied Gift with Purchase (GWP): I was also denied the advertised Gift with Purchase, even though my intended transaction met the required spending threshold. This refusal to honor a posted promotion is misleading and disrespectful to the customer.

5 /5 Daniel David Martinez: There is this one of a kind extrait de parfum that came out recently and the more I smell it, the more I want it and the more I cant get enough of it! Its by Initio and the name of the perfume is called Power Self. The first chemically enhanced parfum that is designed to not only make you smell good but feel good! If you havent sampled it on yourself....youre missing out!

5 /5 Leah Socorro Cayanan: When I entered Dillard’s last Sunday I was met with a very enticing nice-smelling scent. That’s a big plus for someone like me who loves “perfumey tickles” on the nose. And when I need classy or stylish clothings, Dillard’s is my go-to place. It is expensive, though. However, there are times they go on sale and you’ll be able to snag rich-looking merch at a discounted price. It is also here that I buy my Vionic sandals for my feet with plantar fasciitis. That pair of sandals is durable and gives my painful feet the much-needed relief. It is highly recommended for those having the said foot ailment. In Laredo, only Dillards sell those Vionic footwear.
