Amirah is the epitome of exceptional customer service, this young lady is the prime example of how every sales associate should be by going above & beyond for their client. She is super polite and caring, when I saw how stylish and fashionable she was I knew I was in the right place. I put full trust in her, Amirah helped me style & match my outfits from head to toe for my trip. She even checked in on me to see how I was doing which I truly appreciated. I left with a beautiful new wardrobe with unique pieces to add to my collection, all thanks to her. It’s rare to find excellent customer service these days, I truly felt acknowledged and valued from the beginning to the end. BRUSKY7777 I love the idea of having stylish clothes designed for chubby guys like me—finally, something that fits and feels good! Prices are a bit on the higher side, but honestly, the quality and fit make it worth it. Customer service was excellent—friendly, helpful, and attentive. Only suggestion: the store could use a little housekeeping. Carpets were noticeably dirty and the windows could use a clean. Doesn’t change my rating, but a tidier space would make the shopping experience even better.

Nicole Moody Great customer service I have been a guess shopper for years even on that guess list rewards program as well soon as I walked in we were greeted and also the sales associate informed us about the sales that they where having she also pointed in direction and walked through the keys points of the store. If they dont have your Size they will quickly offer to order it for you instead of saying we dont have your size. Been a fan of Guess Factory moving here from Virginia about a year ago I never know they had G by Guess. Impressed with the store they made are day after having a bad experience at another clothing store in the mall. Thank-you for a great experience.
