Ann Taylor Factory Store - Shop TX (Near San Marcos)

Chris Duncan Ive been coming to this store since the day it opened. Sadly, Andrew has retired but Christine, the manager, gives excellent, top notch service. And their tailor is from A+ in Frisco, the best in the business. Once, my father and I were shopping in this store when he casually mentioned that a pen had exploded in his pocket in one of his Brooks Brother dress shirts at work. They gave him a brand new Oxford shirt as a replacement for free. I was floored.

Jenn We had a great experience!!! Arlette helped us find exactly what we needed and we were in and out quickly. While it was 20 minutes prior to closing, she was not rushed, and she didn’t make us feel as though we needed to rush. We did respect their time and tried to get out of their hair quickly. She was calm and collected and helped us to be very efficient. Another gentleman- I didn’t catch his name- was also very kind and helpful. He gave us a recommendation for two brands best suited for what we were looking for, and pointed us in the right direction. (He was middle-aged and had glasses and a mustache). All the employees we passed were very friendly and very helpful!

Josh Norsworthy Callie in the perfume section was incredible. Her level of service is how department store shopping should feel!

Vogue Vignette Abejas is one of my favorite boutiques in Houston! Their candles are divine and I get the most compliments on the dresses that Ive purchased from their shop. The owners and staff are so warm and welcoming that I get excited to support their small business. Love!

Maira B I spent the entire day at the Allen Outlet stores, and the customer service I received from Pamela N. at the Lucky Brand store truly stood out! My daughter even said, “The lady at the Lucky store had true Southern hospitality - she was so helpful to everyone in the store.” Pamela went above and beyond, even calling another location to check size availability for the Barrel Jeans I wanted. Unfortunately, they weren’t available, but her service was absolutely the best!
