Sandra Martinez DO NOT COME HERE i booked a room a WEEK before arrival and when i got there there was a sign on the the door saying “be back in 30 minutes “ which okay i understand i waited outside for over a HOUR and still no one at front desk, the lady had the audacity to call my phone back saying “i didn’t hear you i was in my living room “ after 4 hours !!!! after i already got another room else where . THEN they didn’t want to give my refund why is it my fault that they made me wait outside for so long???? i would very much understand if i was in the wrong but THIS MANAGEMENT WAS IN THE WRONG AND THE WORST . i never write reviews but this was much necessary these people really got me out of character if i could give zero stars i WOULD.
