Kelsey McBride I have to say, I LOVE Old Navy and have shopped at countless stores for year and years, decades even. But this store was SO DIRTY. Particularly the fitting rooms. There was gum stuck to the wall or clothing hangers in several of the changing "rooms" and pretty much every single clothing hanger (which are terribly designed btw, but thats on corporate) in 3 different rooms were all FILTHY. I felt dirty after trying on clothes and the legs of everything that touched the floor were dirty and gross. Thankfully I had socks on or my bare feet would have had to touch the floor.

Karen Hawkins Our Salvation Army is so well organized and clean. It is a joy to shop there and the ladies that run the store are very friendly.

Heather C. Lots of clothes and shoes well sorted out in sections around the store. Easy to find the general types of clothing you want (pants, shirts, dresses). And the shoe department is massive! Like other Ross stores, prices are good, but you need to hunt thru the racks to find what you need because theres no merchandising--plain cotton dresses will be hung next to a work dress. But thats your exchange for the prices you get. And while this one is definitely nicer than some of the other ones in town, I found dresses tangled with each other because they were falling of their hangers, and it hadnt been fixed by staff. For me, this is not a quick stop shop. It takes time to search for what I want, as opposed to a major department store. So if you are opposed to that, then Ross isnt for you. Parking is easy and its in a great part of town to make this a good stop to include in a day of shopping.
