When Heather answered the phone she let me know that they really did & she’d be happy to pull some jeans for us while we traveled to the store. I was already impressed because we have a toddler in tow, so I knew that would save time and be helpful. When we arrived at the store, Heather continued to check in as we tried on & helped us find options based on our feedback as we tried on. As plus size people, we had no idea Buckle was even an option, but we will be forever customers now! Truly the BEST jeans shopping experience we’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the owner recognized me right away from our Instagram chats, which made the visit feel so personal and welcoming. She understood exactly what I was looking for and helped in every way possible to make it happen. For someone to go through all of that and not even pressure me to buy anything meant a lot. I could truly see her passion for what she does. The fabrics were buttery soft and it was obvious how much detail is put into every single outfit. The environment felt relaxed and comfortable — like I was among friends. I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough for their beautiful pieces and amazing service.
