5 /5 Semir G.: Im not sure I would have shopped here had I read the reviews beforehand. Thankfully, I didnt have a bad experience. It was pleasant, actually. Even my return was fine, although I had the sense they dont like returns given that the return policy isnt printed on the receipt. Instead, it directs you to the website. Retailers need to remember how to graciously accept returns. We as customers remember how were treated both during and after the sale. If the store reads this review, listen to what we are saying in these threads. Your reviews should be consistent, not high, and then low. Thats a sign that you have a problem that needs addressing. For such a small and lovely store, you should be yielding 5 out of 5 reviews from each and every customer.

1 /5 Amy Murillo: I finally found some time in my schedule to make it to this store to do a return. CANICA or whatever the older white ladys name is, was working. She made eye contact with me and didn’t welcome me in and just stared at me as I walked to the counter even though I smiled at her. I let her know I needed to make a return and she didn’t even say anything, just stared at me. I pulled out my item and she raised her eyebrows, huffed, and said I was 3 days too late to return the unused necklace. I told her that it was fine and I grabbed my necklace and left. There is no printed return info on the receipt that would have had this info readily available without info. Regardless, I didn’t care to fight in whether I could return it or not, I wouldn’t have made a big deal, it was just the fact of the uncalled for rudeness for no reason!

1 /5 Monica Housewright: I entered the store at 7:40 after dinner and instead of welcoming me in I was told abruptly that she is closing in 20 min. No how can o help you etc? I own boutiques and I would fire any employee who acted this and still purchased an item. Rude rude rude. You welcome people in and dont treat clients in this manner. I am a good client but will spend my money elsewhere in a place that appreciates my business.
