2 /5 Kimberly Ring: They have cute clothes but I just stopped in to pick up an order. The only employee was checking out a customer so I waited a while while she rang her up, ordered her something to be shipped to her house, got her address, double checked the size, corrected spelling on the address, gave her fashion advice, etc. After that was over, she called someone from the back to get my package. It would have been so much easier had she simply asked me what I needed as she was ringing up the previous customer since it only took 30 seconds to get someone to bring me my order.

5 /5 Annamarie Herrera: Bethany, the store manager, provided exceptional customer service!!! She was engaging, attentive, and very helpful. I usually DISLIKE shopping and struggle to find jeans that are flattering (which is why I wear leggings all winter long). I came in looking for a pair of jeans and left with 3 pairs of jeans, and a pair of pants, that fit me like a glove and made me feel so confident in them. Bethany also found a cute, blazer and showed me how to style it in multiple ways. Bethany is a huge asset to this organization because she truly values her customers and shares her expertise. I will be back in the near future:)

5 /5 Darah Carattini-Garcia: Went into this store with an unusual issue on a pair of pants that I purchased, Bethany the manager was extremely helpful. Her patience, attentiveness, calm, friendly demeanor and great knowledge of the stores products all contributed to the best experience. She runs a tight ship as the environment was well kept and very clean, and of course carried the cutest styles. Give stars for sure.

1 /5 Christian Gonzalez: I’m heartbroken. I have only had amazing experiences with J Crew and staff. I was totally unprepared for how I was treated. Instead of saying, “I’m sorry sir, but we can’t return this.” I will never forget the eyes she made at me. It actually scared me. I left the store feeling shamed and embarrassed. I can’t financially support this.

3 /5 Dean Russell Gadberry: Samuel helped me today with tasteful suggestions. They helped me understand current fashion and chose selections for my specific business needs. After tailoring my shirt, I anticipate a fitting business attire. Update ——— Dropping stars from 5 to 3 as I found a place with better customer service and a larger selection of men’s professional attire. I used to think this location was top notch, but now I’ve seen good service.
