1 /5 Irena Audila: Rude customer service on Christmas Eve. I understand it’s a holiday time, if staff can’t be courteous, the store should just close instead of giving customers attitude.

1 /5 Mounika: Very disappointed with the manager and staff at this location. The staff here don’t seem to know basic math or understand what customers are saying. I went in to return some clothes, but they refunded only a partial amount because they couldn’t calculate it correctly. I had to call customer service to get it fixed — thankfully, they resolved the issue quickly. But the in-store experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

1 /5 kassy leija: Workers were straight up rude. One of them was angrily fixing the hangers and even when myself or a customer would look she would sigh and fix the hangers again. They were huddled gossiping the entire time making the whole experience so uncomfortable. Even asked her for help and she straight up ignored me.

1 /5 Toni Gutierrez: I placed my order on 7-7-24. This was my first time ever shopping at this place. The order was placed for delivery to my home. Yet its now been 17 days and i still have not recieved the order. I finally called the store expecting I would be given some assistance INSTEAD Lyndsay who answered the phone could only tell me she understood my frustration and that I should call corporate bc she couldnt help me. She NEVER offered to take my number and look into it and call me back OR have a manager (Gabby) call me back. NOTHING other than "call corporate" and "I understand your frustration". I even told her, this was my first time ever shopping at this store and yet she did not give two Fs or any care in the world. I even asked her if she would be able to check for me or do anything for me and she quickly said no! I even had to say well you havent even given me the corporate # i should call and only then did she "look" for the number so she could give it to me. As of I was asking for too much!!!! I am beyond disgusted by the treatment. I paid for an item PLUS SHIPPING only for said item to obviously never be shipped. I would hope someone would call me back but considering what I just experiencedI doubt that will happen. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS the treatment of your customers is HORRIFIC.
