3 /5 Sierra Fracht: Cute store; I was in town for a game and was looking for something cute to buy. The three girls huddled behind the register said “hello” as I came in and “goodbye” as I left, but they stayed chatting behind the register the entire time I was in the store. I would have likely purchased something if there had been any modicum of service provided. Love what the store has to offer, but if I were the owner, I would teach the young women working there how to interact with customers and push merchandise.
Overall, there is a general lack of salesmanship - these ladies need to be taught customer service (not fired, just taught properly how to push product - not just how to work the register and make sure people don’t steal), especially if you want to stand apart from your competitors, of which there are many now. Customer service matters, and these sweet young ladies that work there haven’t quite been taught that.
