1 /5 Leticia Gaytan: Well, reading all these reviews (25), first thing I notice is NO Latinas/Latinos.I wonder why! Just proves my point! We walked in and were given the cold shoulder immediately. We received ugly up and down looks and were completely ignored. You can tell we needed assistance and were interested in some items but instead of awesome customer service, we got shunned. Too bad, their loss. We found some cute things nearby and the young girls in those stores were more than willing to help us and make conversation. How hard is it to greet people as they walk in?? To smile?? Apparently too hard for this overpriced store with rude staff. This type of store only does well in small towns where there’s not a lot of choices or variety and the young girls don’t know any better so they blindly drop $100 on a low quality dress. We definitely will not recommend this store. Don’t be in sales if you’re gonna be racist and picky with whom you provide service with.

3 /5 Sierra Fracht: Cute store; I was in town for a game and was looking for something cute to buy. The three girls huddled behind the register said “hello” as I came in and “goodbye” as I left, but they stayed chatting behind the register the entire time I was in the store. I would have likely purchased something if there had been any modicum of service provided. Love what the store has to offer, but if I were the owner, I would teach the young women working there how to interact with customers and push merchandise. Overall, there is a general lack of salesmanship - these ladies need to be taught customer service (not fired, just taught properly how to push product - not just how to work the register and make sure people don’t steal), especially if you want to stand apart from your competitors, of which there are many now. Customer service matters, and these sweet young ladies that work there haven’t quite been taught that.

5 /5 Lana Wichrowski: The stylists at Grass Stains Boutique will provide you with exceptional customer service. If you need any help assembling an outfit for an event the ladies at this store are knowledgeable and fun. They can dress you from head to toe. Great for everyday casual wear as well. The merchandise is high quality and reasonably priced.

1 /5 Kristina Kennemer: Customer service is everything and this was the WORST. Would not even rate this as a one star. No acknowledgement as we entered, and stared at her phone with occasional rude looks sent our way. Employee working there looked like she would rather be anywhere but there. A simple smile and hello would go a long way. As the owner of a retail store myself, I would not tolerate this behavior at all. We were in store May 27, 2023 between 4 and 5 pm.

3 /5 Elizabeth Contreras: Edit as of Summer 2023: Staff was more friendly this time but I still did not find them super attentive or helpful. They did not offer to grab me different sizes or recommend any additional items when something didn’t work. Tried on a few dresses but nothing fit quite right. Boutique sizes tend to run a bit small and that is mostly true here. I am a size 10 and some dresses in a large did not fit. I did try on a pair of pants and they did fit but I decided to pass. So they do have pants that will fit a size 10. Their clothes are cute. Changed rating from 2 stars to 3. Previous review: The good: cute clothes and accessories. The bad: no pants above a size 28. 28 is equivalent to a size 6. This is unacceptable to me. My friend and I went in and not a single worker welcomed us or asked if we needed assistance when we were clearly interested and looking at items for quite awhile. My friend and I are both a size 10-12. We are also both Hispanic. I guess we aren’t their target market. Lol I won’t be back. We visited on April 15, 2023.
