1 /5 claire Klugman: Expensive as all get out fix and feed, got y’all beat if I wasn’t in the middle of a tile project in my bathroom, I would not have stopped in there but unfortunately at this time fix and he was out of what I needed and bought mortar but I don’t wanna drive all the way out to Sherman not sure how y’all are still in business for as expensive and as rude as your employees are especially the older gentleman that works there at the cash register. You tell him have a good day, and he just looks at you and nothing like wow really very very, very unprofessional and very rude.

2 /5 Trent Castleberry: I cannot speak to their general wares, however, the UHaul experience was less than satisfactory. The younger female clerk at the front was the only saving grace for this review. She reviewed our bill for accuracy and was the only polite face in the building with sufficient time to assist us with our purchase.

1 /5 **: WORST HARDWARE STORE EVER. I know the owners from around town and they are decent people, why they dont have decent people at their store or decent prices I dont understand. From the time you check out with the lady at the cash register till the time you get to the guy with the horrible attitude, who doesnt want to load your lumber. The place has so much potential,maybe one day.

2 /5 Brett Atteberry: Asked the gal that answered the phone if they carried a particular wood siding I was looking for. She wasnt sure so I asked if I could text a photo of it. She said that wasnt possible. I get that the employee doesnt want to give a personal number, but the store manager should have a company phone they can take calls or receive text on. The gal could have offered a store email. Its sad that she cant use her brain to think of an option to help a customer.

1 /5 Youll Never Know: Beware of the front cashier/clerk Marie/Maria/Mari? adding in extra charges on U-Haul rentals without asking permission, im quite certain they get a kickback from the added fraudulent charges, her attitude was not good as I tried to make small talk with her while in the store but I was met with silence. I will be contacting U-Haul about the matter of the extra charges!
