1 /5 Heather McQueen: Made us feel like criminals for asking to try on BOTH shoes at the same time. Told us it was against company policy allow customer to try on a PAIR of shoes but would make an exception. Then she stood over my daughter with out interacting - policing her trying one pair of shoes. She made us feel very uncomfortable. I will drive the 40 miles to another city to avoid shopping there again
