1 /5 Andre Johnson: Monday I went to Seminole tx I stop by Hibbett sports i purchase 2 pairs of Air Jordan for $89 not looking at my receipt the cashier charge me $130 each pair of shoes it should have been $89 I got home call back to the store told the manager I was charged the wrong amount keep in mind I stay a hour and half away from I had to drive back up to Seminole Texas I stay in Lubbock Texas I should have been compensated for my time going back down there, even though she fixed the problem and she didn’t give me none in return I spent over $650 I should 30% off my purchase Or a gift card. 1 /5 Dexter Simpson: I was the ONLY person in the store and no one ever ask me if they could help. I had to summon a girl who was too busy putting clothes on a rack to wait on me. She told me she didn’t know anything about shoes, but when I ask if you had any that are wide she instantly knew they didn’t. Given her earlier statement I ask if she would go check she look at me and said “we don’t I know it” I believe she was more interested in in getting me out of the store so she could go back to her chores. This is why people will drive to another town to shop and this is also what to change to prevent it.
