jenn gonzalez I read the prior reviews and it was my first time visiting Platos. From my point of view dont get discouraged by the prior reviews. This place has many options and many brands for a very good price. I did not see any clothes that was more than 25.00 unless it was a jacket or shoes because of the brand. When I was checking out I was greeted by a young lady named Noemi and was very sweet. I did mention that this platos had a vast section of clothes and was excited to explain to me about their reward system and that they are in need shoes and to come back and sell to them. I was very impressed by her. The atmosphere of all the employees was friendly and helpful. Noemi customer service was great and wanted to let Platos know my experience. I recommend this store and if I could give it a 100 stars I would. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Adrianna C I recently visited this resale store and had a fantastic experience. The new management is doing a great job—the changes are noticeable as soon as you walk in. The store has so much to offer, with a wide variety of inventory that is well-organized and fun to browse. I was really impressed with the selection and the quality of items available. On top of that, the staff were nice, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to answer questions and make the visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this store to anyone who loves resale shopping.
