Amarachi N. I had the best experience here. The staff are such kind spirits. I especially loved Lashaunda who was my angel here. She made me feel so welcome and at peace She helped me every step of the way, and never made me feel like I needed to rush. I will definitely be getting more clothes from here because ! love the people and the prices. Its perfect for a college student like me.

My daughter and I were almost finished at closing time and they allowed us to finish without any negativity, they actually made us feel welcomed still and remained polite and friendly until we were finished. They definitely will get my business.

K T The employees are awesome but what the corporate American eagle tells them to do at the end at checkout is kind of messed up. “Would you like to apply for our American eagle credit card?” Then they scan a barcode taking 20% off the total and when you say no it goes back to normal price. That’s is so taking advantage of people right now. Especially since the economy is so bad! It’s very sad and very low. Not cool. The last thing people need is to sign up for another credit card. Not cool. (No offense to this store or the employees personally) but obviously there’s no way to leave a review for the corporate headquarters of American eagle.

Estrella Nowak I love Loft! Their clothes are beautiful, and they are always having a great sale. They have clothes that run from the casual to perfect for the office environment. The ladies who work there are very attentive, and theyre always very helpful (a special shout out to Lisa). The boutique, itself, is brightly lit and clean, and the ladies do their best to keep the clothes neat and tidy. If I had to complain about one thing, it would have to be that their Lou & Grey collection is very small. I love Lou & Grey, and the in store collection is very limited. Other than that, I love Loft!
