5 /5 Kristin Garvey: I’ve ordered a few times from Infinity Raine and I LOVE everything I’ve bought. The quality is great, pricing is great. I wish I lived in Texas again and could visit the store but then I’d probably spend too much :) I’ve purchased several tops and a few accessories which are all my style and fit the current trends. I’m definitely going to be taking several outfits on vacation but I also bought some for the office and love how they fit! Really cute store and fast delivery. I would recommend Infinity Raine to any one of my girlfriends or family!

1 /5 Leah Currie: Terrible Customer Service! I own a small business and retail at that. Three of them to be exact. I ordered from Infinity Raine and an item that cost over $50 plus bought the return shipping insurance. I also know they got this item dirt cheap from China as I have another friend who owns a boutique and has the same item. Anyway, I purchased from Infinity and received my item. I reached within the time frame, as stated on their website to ask for an exchange. They don’t have the size I need and now they will not refund my item, but only provide a store credit. They are in Texas and I’m in Florida. If the first item, didn’t fit, I would place another order not knowing their sizing, etc. They have also deleted me from their social media pages to protect their fraudulent actions and bad business behaviors. I strive to make all of my customers happy, which keeps them coming back! I imagine Infinity Raine has made a lot of customers unhappy and then just “delete’s” the problem. Buyers Beware! I would not support this small business!
