1 /5 Christi Cunniff: Theyre crooks. They stole $8.95 from me. The s/h fee on an order I placed. Its unfortunate I had to leave a star at all. FYI that is the same amount I would have had to pay if I sent my order back by USPS. I drove to JC Pennys to return to store for free and was told that I would get my full refund of 31.33. Yall be careful ordering from them. They have lost my business. Response to their response. I appreciate you looking into this. I did ask the clerk at the return counter if I was going to get a full refund and she said yes. We didnt break down the charges. I took it as I would receive the 31.33.

1 /5 Aiya: Don’t shop here. They sell junky clothes with holes in them and when you discover the holes and try to return the merchandise they won’t take the item back. We did not see this hole until after we got the tags off and we had already thrown our receipt away. But the purchase was made with a JCP card so they could have easily looked up our purchase. We should not be stuck with a shirt that has a hole in it. So buyer beware. If you do go shop here inspect your products closely before you also get stuck with damaged, poor quality goods.
