J.Crew Factory - (Near Irving, TX)

5 /5 Angela Collins: Good location, selection hadn’t been stocked with the new summer stuff but customer service was great! There was a young lady who was helpful and super friendly. She answered my questions and helped get my dressing room set up to try my selections.

1 /5 H !: I placed an online order. The workers were rude when I picked it up. The older lady in green suede pants and green shoes never acknowledged me as I walked in but yet couldn’t take her eyes off of me? Just say hi??? Now I can get over the fact they hate being there and are selective on who they help, but did you all have to give me a worn/dirty sweater? The sweater looks like it was dropped on the store floor. It has so much lint and hair on it. The workers are too insufferable for me to even attempt to return. Do better workers or stay at home.

5 /5 Fereda Allen: My hubby had an event and forgot his tie. Went to a big retailer that didnt have a simple black tie and called J Crew to check and the u held it. Saved the evening. Thank you. Very clean store and very helpful associates.

4 /5 Lauren Marsocci: They definitely have nowhere close to the full inventory of the J.Crew factory online, especially in the dress department. They had almost no dresses. I did ask the staff about this and they said they just don’t get that much inventory. I will probably go back, but just to do J.Crew factory returns. It seems like a lot of the stuff in here is manufactured just for J crew factory.
