1 /5 Taylor Dap: Disappointing Experience – No Customer Service
I really wanted to like June’s Boutique, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff showed little to no interest in helping customers, and it felt like I was bothering them just by asking simple questions. There was no greeting, no offer of assistance, and no effort to make the shopping experience enjoyable.
Customer service should be a priority in any business, especially a boutique, but that’s definitely not the case here. I left feeling unappreciated and frustrated. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone who expects basic courtesy or customer care.
