Michael Burrowes I came into the K&G in Irving during their incredible suit sale, hoping to pick up three of the same suits for work. They had my size, but not the quantity I wanted. Malcolm stepped in first and did everything he could to help me sort through the options. Then Miss Rosetta joined in, and that’s when the experience went from good to exceptional. She remeasured me and showed me that I actually needed a bit more room in the jacket so I could move the way a gentleman should. Her adjustments gave me a cleaner, more classic look instead of the modern, too-snug fit you see everywhere today. She asked permission before measuring, made sure I felt comfortable the entire time, and genuinely cared about how I presented myself. Because of their help, I left with the suits I needed and even grabbed five more shirts based on their recommendations. This isn’t my first time reviewing Malcolm, and there’s a reason for that. He and Miss Rosetta are the kind of people who make customers come back. Corporate should be proud to have them representing the Irving store. Their professionalism, care, and attention to detail are a rare thing, and they deserve all the recognition.

Nadeem N Let me tell you, the deals here are wild. I found a Jurassic World Therizinosaurus toy for $2.99. That’s not a typo. I triple-checked the tag. And the Kart Racers toy with Leonardo from Ninja Turtles? Also discounted. Its like a treasure hunt but without the stress. If you like order and surprises at the same time (yes, that’s a thing), this place hits the dopamine sweet spot. And don’t get me started on the kitchen aisle. Spatulas, tongs, silicone tools, knives, gadgets I didn’t even know existed all color-coded, brand-labeled, and not tangled. I even saw Cuisinart sets for less than half the price of what you’d pay elsewhere. If youve ever looked at your kitchen and thought, “Something is missing, but I don’t know what,” come here. You’ll find that thing. Maybe even five of them. They even had cleaning supplies right next to full-on mops, broom sets, and dustpans with colors I’d actually pick voluntarily. From water bottles to carpets to socks to frying pans, this place has it all. And I don’t say that lightly like, really all. I saw bed sheets next to phone chargers, then turned a corner and saw workout gear and throw blankets. It’s like someone made a checklist of everything a human might need and just said, “Yeah, let’s put it all here.” Five stars. Because honestly, the layout made sense, the prices made me pause (in a good way), and I didn’t get sensory fatigue halfway through. That’s rare. If you like organization, good deals, and feeling like you just unlocked a bonus level in real life, this Ross delivers.

Shay Myers Pretty organized for the most part. Im sure its hard to work the floor, watch customers, give customer service, and work the registers especially if youre short staffed. I know, I used to be a Rainbow manager. But the vibe was good, music was playing and staff was getting customers in and out as quickly as possible to get to the next customer.

Micah Navarro I believe the store is under new leadership and boy does it show in all the best ways. The store used to be pretty rough in terms of cleanliness of the aisles and shoppability- this is normal for most Ross stores, as we the customers usually throw the product around haphazardly and not put things back the way they are supposed to go. This store is different, you can tell they are busting their butts recovering the shop, setting up impulse items in clean rows near the checkout, the employees are all super friendly and nice to all the guest I have seen. I have had to wait during a checkout but very minimally and only because there were 30 people shopping at the same moment and the shop really only has about 7-10 people working here in total from what I have seen during multiple visits. Manage your expectations, people! Otherwise the store is VERY shoppable, prices are INCREDIBLE, and staff and store is fun and always putting out new products. Go to this Ross! (But please put the stuff back if you take it off the shelf/hanger).
