Kohls - Shop TX (Near Waco)

L C My granddaughter and I shopped this location on Dec.27th 2025. The employees were all so helpful and friendly. They did not act like we were bothering them when we asked for help several times. Unlike most retail stores these days, the employees were noticeable and hands on. Not hiding behind a rack of clothes on their cell phones. Kudos to Old Navy and this branch. Your work ethics did not go unnoticed..

Rebecca Chiguina I visit this store yesterday and I had a wonderful experience with KC and the cashier ringing me up. They went above and beyond and they have great customer service skills. Thank you for all that you do young ladies.

Mostly Insane Kind of crowded and had to wait a while for dressing room as wells as the billing line. Choice of clothes is pretty good compared to other stores is Dallas

Lady Di A very quaint experience. Has a mom and pop feel. Food was excellent they have burgers and sandwiches and specials of the day which are a little bit more like a hot plate. You can get all sorts of desserts donuts and pies and kolaches you name it you can probably find it.

Wafa Belicia and Courtney were amazing! They went above and beyond to help me, were so friendly, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Rob Rucker Love the home decor and new products that I did not know that were available.Bikes and a kayak were new additions. I loved the mason jars section. Looking forward to shopping for clothes for back to school for my kids.
