1 /5 Danielle Geronime: The veteran discount doesn’t work, a few years ago it was worth to go there in Veterans Day to stack the discounts and get a great deal for the people who served their country. I couldn’t even get the discount in candy. Not going there again.

2 /5 Amanda B: People are usually nice, but they changed the "Amazon Returns " location to the main registers. Now Im having to wait 15+ min in a line to just give them a box... They ALWAYS have extremely slow check outs (because they think 2 people are enough for every day & time of the week) , which is why I dont shop here anymore, but now just to do a return too. I will no longer be using Kohls for Amazon either.

1 /5 Katie Ward: Bought a pair of black sweats size L from Mens dept. Next morning put them on and clearly they were boys size L. Took them back for exchange the next day with receipt, got the run around about doing a return and then repurchasing a new pair. Something about being from different departments etc. I did use a save $10 off $25 originally. So in doing the return my price was less the discount. So 19.99 refund became $15.41. Then I repurchase at 19.99 original sale price, no reflection of discount. Look Im not the one who had merchandise in wrong spot. I didnt even walk past the boys section. I didnt want to waste my time going back to the store. I was exchanging exact item for exact item (price same also 19.99). All you had to do was exchange it. Anyways, lost my customer loyalty. In this day and age, my business goes where Im treated right. They sell black sweats alot of places, so I took the refund and did not repurchase the sweats. And will not be back.

2 /5 Lara Glynn: Unless the items you are looking for are either on clearance or you have a 30%-40% off coupon, everything is way overpriced. And, their clearance is like looking for a needle in a haystack. It would be nice if they have employees whose only job is to organize clothing by size with focus on the clearance sections first. The 2 star rating is due to a lack of organization and difficulty finding sizes across the store, a very rude employee in the fitting rooms, the cattle line up at checkout took way too long, and the high pricing for everything not eligible for a coupon. I realize that last bit isnt controlled by Kohls, but that adds to the difficulty in shopping at Kohls.

1 /5 Jonny: They changed Amazon returns to combine with the regular line. Now you have to stand in line forever waiting on all these old people to find their coupons and kohls cards. What’s the point of them giving you the 20% off with your return when you would have to stand in line again. Edit to my review to take another star away. Brought my purchase items up at the same time of my return so I wouldn’t have to wait in line twice. Just for them to say my items weren’t 20%off eligible.
