4 /5 Patrish Barrick: I have been in this store 4 times so far. Its always clean. The main womans clothing area is well organized. However the discount racks could use some organization as well according to apparel type and size. Certainly would make finding that deal a lot easier and you might sell these items faster. Just my thoughts. 2 of the times I have been here I believe the merchandising manager has been present to help the ladies layout for the seasons according to directions from above him. From what I can tell he seems cordial to the employees and speaks to them with respect which is an anomaly in this day & age. He also addressed me as a customer with a simple hello or asked if he could help me locate anything specific.
Very friendly staff both on the floor and at checkout, every time.
The prices are in line with other Kohls stores I have shopped at and the quality is usually excellent.
