5 /5 Michael: I drove all the way from Clovis, NM—about a 2–3 hour trip—after calling ahead to make sure a product was in stock. I was told it was available, but when I arrived, I was informed there were none left. Thankfully, Shaun went above and beyond!
She apologized right away and wasn’t sure who had told me the item was in stock, but instead of stopping there, she double-checked her app and even went to the back to look. Because of her extra effort, she was able to find the product for me.
