5 /5 Shelley: Just made a phone call to Kohl’s and Jaclyn took the call. We were in search of a food processor. Absolutely needed one immediately. Jaclyn didn’t mind making sure it was in stock before we made the drive to Kohl’s. We really appreciated how friendly and sincere she was as she went to make sure it was in stock! Then she let us know exactly where to go once we got there! Wow! Very thoughtful!! We just really appreciate how she handled our predicament in such a kind and thoughtful way!

5 /5 Michael: I drove all the way from Clovis, NM—about a 2–3 hour trip—after calling ahead to make sure a product was in stock. I was told it was available, but when I arrived, I was informed there were none left. Thankfully, Shaun went above and beyond! She apologized right away and wasn’t sure who had told me the item was in stock, but instead of stopping there, she double-checked her app and even went to the back to look. Because of her extra effort, she was able to find the product for me. I just want to express my sincere appreciation for her outstanding help. She truly saved the day, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves! Apologies if I spelt her name wrong.

5 /5 LS: Always love the fast, easy, no label or box required for Amazon return. Also the 20% discount to shop around the store. However, the discount doesn’t always apply to every item which makes it difficult to select when there’s time constraint. Online shopping was easy and Kohl’s cash back is beneficial for next shopping trip.

5 /5 Debee Litchfield: Kohls is the best, great service, quality products, fantastic rewards system. Cynda is my all time favorite clerk. I am a senior and she helps me with all my needs. She would make a great manager!! A credit to Kohls!!
