1 /5 Nikki Durham: Came in. Was the only two customers. Was ignored by the two employees working at 6:00 on 2/15/2022. Didnt ask if I needed help finding anything, which I did. Very rude. Just stood there talking the entire time. Left everything I did find and decided to go to old navy next door instead. Horrible customer service. Wont be back here. I work in customer service and would be fired if I did that. Hope they get better employees.

5 /5 Debra Krause: Great shopping trip! Store was neat and clean. Fabulous sale prices. Alexis helped us a lot, making suggestions, helping us find things, and bringing us different sizes when needed. All of the employees were very friendly. Will definitely be back.

1 /5 Star Lozano: staff is rude and extremely unhelpful. My experience today was one of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever had. I come in excieted to find some good deals. And eventually I do. I found a nice bra under a rack that says $3. "Wow, Thats a steal" I think to myself. As I continue to browse, I see a fixture with a sigh that reads panties "5 for $7.50". It seemed like it took an eternity to find some in my size. There were so many smalls in the ones I liked. Finally I was able to dig enough to find my sizes in those prints. When it was time to check out, my total was $25.......wait......how? $7.50+$3 does not equal $25. I asked her about the deals in which he the signs read of where I had picked the items from. And unlike the average shopper, I have had 6 years experience in retail. So before I go to purchase items, I always make sure what I have in my hand matches the signage and the fine print on it. Well the cashier there goes on to re scan the items and tell me that none of the items match their deals. I ask her "why is that when there are multiple pieces of those products in that area directly under the signage?" She then shrugs. Wow. This is seriously some bullshit. This store needs to get their crap together. Every time I give this place a chance, I always have the same issues. PUT YOUR PRODUCT IN THE RIGHT PLACE SO PEOPLE DONT GET SCREWED!!

2 /5 Pamela Hammers: The Twenty One black jeans seem to have taken a major step back this spring. They are plain Jane now. Might as well go to Wal-Mart. Also the store is so filled with dust particles that you can literally see it floating in the air. The cashier was stand offish and not friendly at all. When you greet someone with a smile and get completely ignored its not a nice feeling.

5 /5 Manuel Reyes: Store has changed a lot since the last time Ive been there, the managers are very nice as well as employees, I have seen a lot of improvement clean,organized and freindly. Everyone always has something negative to say. We have been shopping at this location for about 5 yrs I will continue to shop their and no where else.keep it up rue 21.
