1 /5 David Owolabi: I followed a link their staff provided in order to buy shirts to commemorate my brother’s completion of training with the Air Force reserves. The shirts were overpriced but I thought it would be worth it to celebrate my brother. When the shirts arrived in the mail we were saddened to realize that the shirt we’d been prompted to order were for the wrong flight crew. I called multiple times and reached no one. Eventually their staff called me back after I left a message. After days of trying to get in contact with them to correct the mistake they had made their best offer to me was to pay for a three more shirts. Their staff throughout the entire process were a headache to get in contact with and not helpful whatsoever in resolving the problem they had created. Avoid their store if you can help it.

5 /5 James Martin: Writing a review since they dont have any recent reviews. I did a preorder online for a flight shirt and didnt read everything. I was expecting my order to arrive before we left for BMT graduation. I called to ask about the status and they were very nice. They explained that flight shirts are printed week of graduation with Airmen orders as priority and then preorders sent out. She was very nice explaining it. They will have limited flight shirts available at graduation for those that didnt preorder and she said the shirt to wear to airmens run would be the squadron shirts.

Moreover, Deanne was super helpful in getting me one extra shirt shipped on time at the last minute and was super friendly throughout the process. Folks, there are a lot of places to get shirts around Lackland, what sets this place apart is their hospitality and service!

1 /5 Mike Lightner: Terrible communication and customer service. My son wont get the fight shirts he wanted because they didnt respond and refused to do anything to correct their failure. Whoever controls this contract should start looking for another vendor.
